Individual digital transformation plans (WRO4digITal)

The service includes advice and consultation to develop a customized action plan for the customer's digital transformation, enabling the implementation of data processing and management solutions appropriate for the organization. The service is based on the results of a previously performed customer process analysis and supplements and formulates the resulting conclusions into a coherent transformation plan.

Depending on the needs and preparedness of the entity, the following activities will be undertaken as part of the service:

• Creating a strategy for implementing modern IT technologies.
• Optimization of cloud processes and data management in the company.
