Cybersecurity for Local Government – Audits and Training

We offer cybersecurity services in connection with funding under the Cybersecurity Local Government grant project, dedicated to local government units.

Our services focus on two areas:

Organizational area

1. Development, implementation, review, and updating of Information Security Management System (ISMS) documentation, including, among others: introduction or updating of information security policies (ISP), risk analysis (including development and implementation of methodologies), e.g., in the area of procedures: incident handling, business continuity and crisis management, use of cryptography and encryption, access control, remote work security, use of mobile devices, etc.
2. ISMS audit, KRI/uoKSC compliance audit conducted by qualified auditors, preparation of the entity for ISMS certification/recertification regarding compliance with standards.

Training area    

1. Basic training courses raising awareness of cyber threats and ways to protect against them for employees of local government units (LGUs).              
2. Cybersecurity training for selected representatives of local government staff who are important from the point of view of the information security policy and information security management system being implemented.
3. Specialized training for management and IT staff on the security measures used (or planned to be used) as part of the grant project.          
4. Training related to social engineering tests, which will verify awareness of threats and check the response of personnel to specific events, in particular how specialists with specific responsibilities within the ISMS implement the adopted procedures.

We conduct a comprehensive cybersecurity diagnosis, including an analysis of available documentation, followed by  an indication of necessary updates.

We organize awareness training on threats in cyberspace, which will help to respond correctly  to all kinds of ICT incidents.

We also offer assistance in completing the Cybersecurity Maturity Survey in Local Government Units.
