STATUS: CURRENT

CyberSec – National Centre of Secure Digital Transformation is a specialised European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) in cybersecurity area. Its main objective is to offer small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as well as state and self-government institutions the whole range of services that allow their secure existence in fully digitalized environment, and (in case of SMEs) implementing their own solutions that are technically mature on one hand but also resistant to cyberattacks.
Logotypy: Unii Europejskiej, flaga Polski, flaga Unii Europejskiej oraz napisy: Fundusze Europejskie dla Nowoczesnej Gospodarki, Rzeczpospolita Polska, Dofinansowane przez Unię Europejską.
The offered services will be available for practically all units, also for the big ones, for which the fact of raising their technological skills would require to enter the area of public networks together with the Industry 4.0 area (industrial networks) and the inherent threats.

To carry out the afore mentioned services specialized knowledge in cybersecurity area is essential. For SMEs the cost of adequately securing their own activity is too high or unaffordable in terms of Human Resources budget. In this moment outsourcing of specialized service with high level of trust from the client is necessary.

The CyberSec Center has Partners located in different regions of Poland, including WCSS. It is coordinated by the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry Polish Academy of Sciences – Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Center (PSNC). The constant partners are enterprises that have been involved for many years in IT security area and academia divisions providing cloud data infrastructure for research and to the economy with services ranging from IaaS through SaaS to advisory services in cybersecurity, advisory services in cybersecurity.

EDIH services are partially complimentary and partially they can complement one another in geographical localisation or planned consumption of resources dedicated for EDIH activity (a part of general  services can be offered by distinct Partners, also by Partners spread geographically). Each Partner of the Centre has relevant expertise and skills in the area of services offered.

WCSS is responsible for the implementation of the following services in the project:
  • Penetration test of network infrastructure,
  • Security audit of mobile applications,
  • Inventory of IT resources,
